1. Who we are

Innova Vox is operated by The Agency ("we"). By using the platform, you enter into an agreement with The Agency.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you accept these terms. If you disagree, stop using the platform. You must be of legal age and authorized to act for your business.

3. The service

The platform lets you create, configure, and manage AI agents that answer calls, respond to questions, book appointments, and support the sale of your products or services.

4. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for securing your credentials, activity on your account, and keeping your information accurate and current.

5. Prohibited use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, unsolicited calls, impersonation, infringement, malware, unauthorized scraping, bypassing technical limits, reverse engineering, or unauthorized resale.

6. AI-generated content

Automated responses may be inaccurate. You are responsible for your instructions, the content you provide, your rights to that content, and reviewing results before use. The service does not replace professional, legal, medical, financial, or regulated advice. Illegal, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, or harmful content is prohibited. We may moderate content and suspend accounts for violations. Rights holders may request removal; repeated violations may lead to account termination.

7. Intellectual property

The Agency owns the software, documentation, and brand. You receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service under your plan. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the service.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Implied warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Payments, trial, and subscription

The advertised plan is $299 per month and includes 300 call minutes per month; each additional minute costs $0.01. Payments are processed by Stripe. Enter your card today to begin the three-day trial and pay nothing for those three days. Unless you cancel, your first charge occurs on day 4. Cancel anytime without penalties. 10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, security risk, fraud, or serious or repeated violations. After termination you have 30 days to export your data, after which it may be deleted.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months. Indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data, or reputation, are excluded. Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.

13. Other terms

You may not assign this agreement without our consent. We may assign it in a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control. The laws of The Agency's domicile govern these terms, and its competent courts hear disputes.
