Refund Policy

This policy applies to Innova Vox subscriptions, a service of The Agency.

30-day guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the charge.

Trial period

Enter your card today to begin the three-day free trial and pay nothing during those three days. Unless you cancel, the first charge occurs on day 4. Cancel anytime without penalties.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund within 30 days of a charge, email solutioninnova1@gmail.com with your order details or contact us from your account. We will review the request and return approved refunds to the original payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service remains active until the end of the paid billing period, with no further charges.

Requests outside the refund window

After 30 days, we assess requests case by case, for example duplicate charges or service failures attributable to us.
