The Agency, operator of Innova Vox, controls the personal data described here. For your end customers' data managed through your agent, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf.

2. Data we process

• Account: name, email, login credentials, and business details.
• Contact and operations: phone number, assigned agent number, agent instructions and settings.
• Call conversations with end customers and booked appointments.
• Technical: IP address, device identifiers, usage and error logs.
• Support communications you send us.

Stripe collects and processes payment card and billing details directly; we do not store card information.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Provide and administer your account and service — contract performance.
• Subscriptions and billing — contract performance and legal obligations.
• Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interests.
• Customer support and product improvement — legitimate interests.
• Marketing communications — revocable consent.

4. Sharing

We share data as needed with hosting and infrastructure providers, telephone providers such as Twilio, AI providers, Stripe for payment processing, professional advisers, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

We retain data while your account is active and thereafter as necessary for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. After cancellation, conversation data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period unless the law requires otherwise.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and withdraw consent. We respond within legal deadlines (typically one month). You may complain to your data protection authority.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, account isolation, and encrypted storage of sensitive credentials.
